Holyoke, MA 2nd alarm 620 South East St. 4/29/10

This job came in shortly after 2:00 a.m. as a report of a porch on fire behind the building. What is it with porches and fire in my area recently??? By the time the HFD arrived on scene, the fire had extended into the structure and taken possession of the cockloft. This particular building has been the site of at least 3 pervious working fires and was vacant at the time of this fire. The building, this time anyway, is a total loss and will need to be demolished.
